HAZINGPREVENTION.ORG™ APPOINTS TWO NEW MEMBERS TO THEIR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
LaGrange, GA – HazingPrevention.Org™ (HPO) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members of their Board of Directors for Fall 2018 – Beth DeRicco and Bonnie Wunsch. Both directors have begun their service and will serve for a three-year initial term.
Beth DeRicco, PhD, has been on the faculty at Drexel University as an Adjunct Professor in Nursing and Behavioral Health, and directed Higher Education Outreach for Caron Treatment Centers. She has worked at the campus, state and national level to develop, evaluate, and refine policies and programs that address alcohol and other drug use. Her work as Associate Center Director for the US Department of Education’s Higher Education Center focused on putting research into practice through the development of trainings, publications, and workshops. She has been a principal or co-principal investigator on projects funded by local foundations, state, and federal agencies, with a focus on applied research.
Bonnie Wunsch is executive director of Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority, a position she has held for 30 years. She also serves as the development director of the Alpha Epsilon Phi Foundation. In both roles she is responsible for daily operations and policy implementation and is the organization’s chief risk manager. She has previously served as president of the Fraternity Executives Association, Executive Directors Association and FIPG, Inc. She is currently on the boards of the Fraternity and Sorority Political Action Committee and Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Foundation.
They join a board of 14 lead by Leonard Sancilio, PhD who serves as national Board President.
