2008-2009 was a rough year in hazing prevention with seven deaths linked to hazing-related activities during the last academic year alone, it is easy to become discouraged. That is why it is more important than ever to help spread prevention efforts across the nation and the world. We are being contacted more and more about hazing in other countries. This is a global problem that must be addressed in order for all human beings to live lives of dignity and mutual respect. The resources, training programs, links and other tools on this website and offered through this organization can help you in your local efforts to prevent hazing.
HAZE the Movie
In a time when feature films have brought insight to such major issues as global warming and health care, a major full-length documentary brings to the forefront a growing problem that is responsible for more than 1,700 deaths and hundreds of thousands of injuries each year … alcohol misuse and hazing on college campuses.
